These terms govern your use of hireacrosseuro.eu and the enquiries and applications you send through it. By using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Hire Across Euro is an international manpower recruitment agency and labour consultancy based at Mai Tower, Al-Nahda 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Hire Across Euro; “you” means the person using the website.

2. What this website is for

This website provides information about our recruitment services, lists vacancies we are working on, and lets candidates apply and employers send requirements. It is an information and enquiry service. Nothing on it is an offer of employment, an offer of services on fixed terms, or legal or immigration advice.

3. Using the site

You agree not to:

  • Give false, misleading or stolen information, or apply on somebody else’s behalf without their knowledge
  • Upload anything containing malware, or attempt to gain access to areas of the site that are not public
  • Scrape, harvest or copy vacancy listings or contact details for bulk or commercial use
  • Use the site to send spam, or to advertise other services
  • Interfere with the site’s operation, or place an unreasonable load on it

We may suspend or remove access, and delete submissions, where these terms are broken.

4. Vacancies

  • Vacancy listings describe roles we are working on at the time of publication. Requirements, salaries, benefits and start dates come from the employer and can change or be withdrawn without notice.
  • A listing is not an offer of employment and does not guarantee an interview or a placement.
  • Salary figures are indicative and are subject to the employment contract you eventually sign with the employer.
  • We take reasonable care that listings are accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete or current.

5. If you are a candidate

  • You confirm the information and documents you give us are true, current, and yours to give.
  • Submitting an application does not create a contract of employment, an obligation on us to put you forward, or any guarantee of a job, an interview, a work permit or a visa.
  • Visa and work permit decisions are made by government authorities. Nobody, including us, can guarantee an approval or a processing time.
  • Timelines given on this website are typical ranges only. Actual timelines depend on the destination country, the employer, and how quickly your documents are ready.
  • Any fee that applies to you is disclosed to you in writing before you accept an offer. We will never ask you to pay a fee to a personal bank account. See section 13.
  • You are responsible for keeping copies of your own documents.
  • By applying, you agree that we may share your details with employers considering you for a role, and with the authorities involved in processing a permit or visa. This is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. If you are an employer

  • Sending a requirement through this website is an enquiry. It does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to proceed.
  • Any engagement is governed by a separate written placement agreement between us, which prevails over these terms where they conflict.
  • Fees are quoted case by case, based on the roles, volume and destination country. No price is published on this site, and no figure given by our website chat is binding.
  • Any replacement guarantee applies on the terms and for the period set out in your placement agreement.
  • You confirm that the roles you ask us to fill are genuine, lawful, and comply with the labour law of the destination country, and that you will treat placed workers accordingly.
  • We screen candidates as described on this site, but you remain responsible for your own hiring decisions and for any checks the law requires of you as the employer.

7. The website chat assistant

The chat on this site is automated software, not a person. It answers from our published information and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Nothing it says is a quote, an offer, a guarantee, or legal or immigration advice, and it does not bind us. For anything that matters, ask a consultant by email or WhatsApp. Please do not enter passport numbers, identity document numbers, medical details or payment information into the chat.

8. Submissions you send us

You keep ownership of your CV and everything else you send. You grant us permission to store it, process it, and share it as described in our Privacy Policy, for the purpose of the recruitment services you asked for. Do not send us anything confidential that you do not want handled that way.

9. Our content

The text, design, logos, graphics and layout of this website belong to Hire Across Euro or are used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not republish, sell, or use them commercially without our written permission. Our name and logo may not be used without permission.

10. Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your information.

11. Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including vacancy listings and forms, without notice.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of an expected job or placement, wasted expenditure, or any indirect or consequential loss.
  • We are not liable for decisions taken by employers, embassies, consulates or government authorities.
  • Where we are found liable in connection with your use of this website, our total liability is limited to the fees you have actually paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Recruitment fraud

Be careful of people impersonating recruitment agencies. We will never request payment to a personal bank account, and we will never ask for money in exchange for a guaranteed job or visa. 14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and the version in force when you use the site is the one that applies.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
