This page explains the cookies and similar storage used on hireacrosseuro.eu, what each one is for, and how to control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to keep. It lets the site remember something between pages or between visits. Websites also use two related technologies — local storage and session storage — which hold information in your browser without sending it back to the server on every request. We use both, and we describe them here together.

Strictly necessary
These make the site work. They cannot be switched off through the site.

Functional — the chat assistant
Our chat widget does not use cookies. It stores a few values in your browser instead, and they never reach another company.

Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and vacancies people find useful. It reports on visits in aggregate. We do not use it for advertising, and we have not linked it to any advertising product.

What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No social media tracking pixels.
- We do not sell or share what these cookies collect.
3. Third parties
Some pages embed content from other services — for example a video or a map. Where they do, that provider may set its own cookies, governed by its own policy. Following a WhatsApp link from this site takes you to WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own terms.
4. Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones may stop parts of this site working, such as submitting a form.
To opt out of Google Analytics across every site you visit, Google publishes a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
To clear what the chat assistant has stored, clear your browsing data for this site, or use a private window.
5. Do Not Track
Browsers differ in how they send a “Do Not Track” signal and there is no agreed standard for responding to it, so this site does not respond to it. The controls in section 4 work regardless.
6. Changes
We update this page when the cookies we use change. The date at the top shows the current version.
